I've been to this place only once, to a power yoga class but like some many cases in Brno, it was more of a regular yoga, perfect for beginners who need to learn breathing techniques, correct poses etc but it can get a little slow and boring for someone who's been doing (power) yoga for years and wants to get a good workout on a Tuesday evening..

Very nice small fitness center focused on group lessons.

Very nice studio in Brno-Kohoutovice. Young and handy trainers, who understand their work and always willingly advise you to perform each exercise or think of another, when for health reasons you can not do any exercise. And their beautiful bodies are a motivation for us. And the lady at the reception will never forget to add a smile to the locker keys. I always leave with a good feeling and a wet shirt.

Super workout, nice tutor, nice clean rooms.

Pleasant environment, friendly staff, hot water in the shower. And the basis splneny- well I work out.
