Fortunately, these fears were not fulfilled: the factory was not heard at all and the trains and cars are quite filtered out by a dense hedge and their frequency is not so high. The apartment is quite small, at three we already had trouble entering the table. Also the cleaning was not 100%, there were cobwebs in the closet. On the other hand, dealing with the owners was nice, they were very helpful. Sitting in the garden was nice. In terms of price, this is affordable accommodation, due to the good price / performance ratio, I recommend it.
