Dr.Max Pharmacy

I had an order on the e-shop, so I thought it was an order. The lady warned me it was a reservation, so I apologized. Which is fine. However, I had an ointment of fact in my reservation and I got suppositories. Unfortunately, I checked it after leaving the pharmacy. It was about 6 pm yesterday. I would understand that a person would make a mistake, but if it is not verified when dispensing, I consider it a gross mistake. I have the reservation card, but I paid with the card, so I did not take the receipt.

Kauflad in Havl.Brodě permanently shows a lot of customers even on Sunday just before noon. I was one of them and I rushed to the train to Jihlava. It leaves at 12:05 and there were rows of waiting customers with full shopping carts in front of two open cash registers. Therefore, I ask the Kaufland supermaker supervisor why they have only two out of six occupied on Sundays or weekends, when the situation recurs regularly and customers wait in front of the cash registers for 10 to 15 minutes wasted. Could someone competent to remedy and contribute so to greater buyer satisfaction?
