Zámecký park Manětín

Beautiful castle park. It is divided into two parts. Part of the chateau is in French style and part of Manětínský brook in English style. There is also a pond with water lilies in the extensive English section. The park is accessible by the chateau passage and two side entrances. There is also a small island in Manětínský Creek, located in the western part of the park. Visitors can visit the park year-round.

The French park is beautifully landscaped, there are a lot of flowering flowers that have all the colors. It is incredible that this year, when there was a great drought, managed to grow so beautiful flowering flowers. The English park is nicely trimmed and the trees begin to color in autumn colors.

Here at home

The chateau park in Manětín offers a pleasant walk for all. Children win here, their parents walk and couples in love find romantic nooks. Sausages divided into two parts, English and French. There are sandy walkways, flower beds, fountains and statues right next to the chateau. We cross the Manětín brook over a wooden bridge and have a chance to walk under mature trees. On the edge of the park is a weir and on the other side we find a pond with fish. The park is wheelchair accessible, but watch out for sandy walkways.
