Very incorrect behavior on the part of a technician who did not want to acknowledge my right to replace the LCD monitor on my HP laptop, which they exchanged for me last February. Before Christmas, I brought them a computer, and two days later the salesman called me saying it was okay. It must have been a salesperson, because the technician would at least test HP in front of the customer before handing it over. At home, I found only grain on the monitor again and called the salesman. He probably slapped something out of ignorance of computer issues in the sense that it would be something more demanding. I lost confidence, regretted the three thousand crowns and had my PC repaired at a more serious company. The computer paramedic replaced the LCD display and everything works to my complete satisfaction.
