Exceptionally, the official is helpful and sympathetic, but they are there. In the Social Department, they are mostly pleasant and willing, good work. They go strictly according to the rules and it is individual whether they take a cane or a smile on you;) Hard to judge, but for sensitively based it will be quite annoying. I tried to be honest, on the other hand, officials have a hard job. They go to them junkies, alcohol and gamblers ...

Terrible, several times you switch to eventually nobody picked it.When somebody finally took it, I did not know anything, because the employee knew nothing ..... long live the Office of the Czech Republic.We highly recommend!
