Unfortunately we can not recommend Primadent's dental surgeon Ms. Kozumplikova in good faith. My wife had a horrible experience here with Dr. Kozumplikova. The doctor was not patient, wouldn't answer all my wife's questions and was frankly rude. The treatment she provided was not gentle or compassionate at all. She did not even give her some ice post op. What I was the most concerned about was that my wife was not prescribed any antibiotics or pain medication which led to infection!! After 5 days of my wife being in awful pain she had to come back and she needed to clean the pocket after the tooth since it at was filled with blood & other bodily waste. I hope you guys will not experience any of what my wife did with Dr. Kozumplikova. Here in the USA where we live my wife just got pulled out the other pair of teeth on the opposite side. Even though Dr. Kozumplikova scared my wife - that the other side will be even worse than the one she just worked on - we had absolutely perfect experience with all the dental doctors/surgeons here. All of them very nice, they talk to you and answer your questions as long as ask and need them to, no bruises, no severe pain, describe you every step of the process and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Greetings to all readers, The following review will be long, but I PROMISE - it is worth reading until the end. I would like to warn potential patients of Dr. Kozumplikova. I have no experience with other Primadent doctors, but I would rather check them out. About 2 years ago, I went to get two eights by Dr. Kozumpliková. I went to the office and Mrs. K. was sitting behind me when I greeted her or turned around. Then she went through the speed of the procedure with me. As I sat in my chair, ready for surgery, I asked various questions, because logically I was nervous and wanted to know the maximum about the whole matter. However, Mrs. Kozumplikova answered me with a scathing tone "but you ask questions ..." she did not answer me what I was actually asking at that moment. "Pleasant" start ... The procedure as such was very unpleasant, I felt sick several times, black in front of my eyes, cold sweat and nausea in my stomach and almost vomiting. She didn't like it very much, because I probably "disturbed her" again. I just want to point out that my pain threshold is not low, so this was a little too much for me. When we finished, she started to scare me with a smile on my face, so I went to pull the other side as soon as possible, because the position of the tooth seems to be even worse than the ones she pulled out now - I'm in trauma, already at that moment swollen purple-yellow mouth , drink and sure hurt for the next five days and sleep only in a half-sitting position. When I left, I asked her if I could get antibiotics. "I don't prescribe antibiotics" she replied ... OK, so I asked if she would be willing to give me something for the pain, "Ibalgin is enough!" ... ?? OK! She stated that in three days it would be fine and only better. 5 days later, I had to come up with an actu of pain in the place of the extracted tooth, which I liked for about 45 minutes at the time. My kiss was swollen, and after five days, unable to sure, drink and sleep, I was completely physically exhausted. Well, Mrs. K. pulled out the marrow that was sticking out halfway out of me (and I had to shove it back into my pocket for five days, probably because she didn't do the stitches correctly - so she removed the rest of the stitch that also stuck out. She rinsed it off with water and introduced a nail mixture inside - which has finally helped in healing !! in two, three days to do it - a big improvement. CONCLUSION: I live in the USA, and the reason I write this essay is because I have something to compare. For a long time I thought that such an approach as Mrs. K. showed is normal, but the experience of my friends and family members is different with other doctors - they all got at least antibiotics or ice, at least the doctor's approach apartment 100 and 1 compared to Mr. K. The services I got here in Colorado are incomparable. Maximum comfort, the doctors informed me about every step, everything was explained to me, every moment they asked me if I had questions ... and believe it or not, that Mrs. K. claimed how the other side would be even worse, the swelling I here in the USA she had minimal and only visible from the inside, they took a component from the plasma of my own blood, which they injected into the wound, right against the swelling. I don't have a bruise - why? The handling of my standing doctors was fantastically gentle, not like Primadent's. I got antibiotics, painkillers, 4 special ice packs on the way home, I got two teas and water with me, and they accompanied me nicely in front of the hospital to my husband to make sure I was leaving in perfect order! Thank you for your attention and I hope that before you decide on Mrs. Kozumpliková, you will do a counseling survey, whether it is worth it for you or not. I am not sensitive, on the contrary I have a high Threshold of Pain, but in general I have experience with Primadent 1 * out of five. And one here * for a very nice and clean environment. At least that way! Jana Stone

I was with Dr. Kozumplíková on extraction 8. The doctor and nurse were very nice, kind, professional and explained what they were going to do before each operation. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend.

Unfortunately I have to write, I went to MUDr. Kozumplíková, who didn't use X-rays, and since the caries didn't hurt, the other top four died, one broke off, which the doctor somehow fixed, the message broke off again ... and a few other neglected caries, which were only visible on the X-ray. After entering the new dentist elsewhere, we removed the nerves from both fours, one was on the crown, the seven were saved, the eight was torn up at the top (it was all proven), one dropped seal was replaced ... I do not rate Primadent as a whole, I don't know about the other 2 dentists. Mrs. Kozumplíková is nice, the title of headmaster sounds nice, but as a dentist she didn't work for me. Anyway, I always had the impression that she had about twenty minutes for me, that I was more or less delaying her.

I do not recommend. A big problem getting into the surgery, the inability to deal with acute cases. I definitely do not recommend "dentist" Košínová. She gritted her teeth, even though she was already crying in pain and rising. As if she were on time, no pause, rinsing, exhaling. The last time I saw this was in 1985. The children were then afraid to enter the surgery, the daughter vomited before the visit, we ended up in psychotherapy. We changed the dentist, respectively. returned to the original, albeit distant.
