Unfortunately, it is not possible to negotiate with Mr. Beauty. I am interested in one property, such an unfinished house. It takes a lot of time. Okay, I wrote the night before the holiday and it didn't answer, which was understandable, but weird, at least other RKes are calling. So I politely wrote to him after a few days, he didn't react. Then I asked if he was in the RK Association and the answer came right away - that it was not. Then he replied that he was on vacation. I fought as long as he didn't answer, he didn't bother, he didn't pick up the phones. I called, picked it up, said he would call today (did not answer), I asked when, he said when he wanted to. What else can I endure? Should I pay tens of thousands for this? Even a thousand would be awfully much. Due to the unprofessionalism of brokers, I lost a lot of good housing. What should I do, give bribes? WHY DOESN'T ONE STATE REAL ESTATE AGENCY ARE ESTABLISHED, WHERE WERE PROFESSIONALS WORKED, AND WHERE SHOULD THEY NOT BE IRRATED, should we pay for this? Unreliable people should not have a job at all, and no one should let them among people, not to work with the most important thing - the roof over their heads. I do not recommend.

We were interested in a tour of the land, however, communication with the agency is downright pathetic. Mrs. Valinčičová does not answer the phone, even if my missed call does not call back. So I tried to ask for an appointment by email, unfortunately it remained unanswered for more than a week. We were very interested in the land, but due to the road we are forced to look around for another land and another agency. Damage...

Very poor communication, concealment of facts, Mrs. Valinčičova is very unprofessional and her behavior compared to other brokers completely inappropriate, does not take phones does not respond to sms.

When selling the apartment, I contacted Mr. Krása, who reacted flexibly, objectively and without unnecessary circumstances. He took care of the administrative affairs (according to his promise). I received the money almost immediately. The professional conduct of the smiling Mrs. Valinčičová was a pleasant bonus. I highly recommend M.
