I was thinking about how to write this review, because the company provides services in a field where its employees meet people under very sad circumstances ... of course it was no different for me. But I was very pleased with the actions of the employees and the fact that I will give them a positive review is just a small thank you ...
Unfortunately, my mother suddenly died a few days ago. After a few days, we found out that she didn't have a chain around her neck that she cared about very much and loved. We didn't know if she hid it somewhere or had it on her neck. I then contacted a company employee who promised to see if the chain remained on my mother's neck. As a result of further funeral proceedings, we did not resolve the matter. When my mother was brought to the church in a few days for the last farewell, I was very pleasantly surprised that the service worker handed me her chain. I very much appreciate such an act, although someone may object that it is a matter of course, but in today's time of moral decline and (un) ethics without restraint, nothing is a matter of course ...
