During a trip through the Czech Republic I decided to buy something from Pandora for my fiancée and unfortunately I did it. The service completely did not speak English (there was no problem in the restaurant and cheap, small shop next door!). I felt ignored and served no matter how. So far the worst Pandora I've visited in the world.

On 18.5. incredibly annoying saleswoman with a sour face ... Even if I chose something a hundred times from this woman, I would not buy it 😠If she doesn't like this job, don't let her do it ..

After shopping in this store, I left very angry. We went to buy our mother a gift for Christmas, we had immediately picked, but the goods were immediately hidden from our nose and the saleswoman did not even say that she will give us a moment. In the end one eventually came and got me right away. I am 20 years old and I was there with my younger sister, the first sentence she told us was: probably something cheaper, right? So I have had enough, and in the finals she still allowed us to address girls? No disaster 😅😅😅

Watch out for Pandora! Their jewelery must not be soaked otherwise it will be destroyed. This will tell you, but only on request. Still claim that the jewelry is gilded, so why not soak ?? Because it isn't? Even if you return right away, they will not return the money. The saleswoman pointed a finger at the tiny line on the receipt "money is not returned" and then sent us abusively somewhere. What would you like for 6t.kč! Thrown out money! But the worst is their arrogant behavior, I have never experienced that.

The number is completely useless, obviously. For several days I try again and always the same result. Voice mail. Given that you have no way to determine the availability of the product at the store, at least the number should be functional. Nowadays it's a big minus for me. However, the staff nice and helpful. There is nothing I can criticize.
