Have a nice day, I bought a belt for dads with PB initials in this shop two weeks ago, the belt arrived very quickly, unfortunately with opposite letters and a small scuff on the buckle, so I wrote a request for remedy and I was immediately told that send the right belt and I can keep the existing one, for which I was very grateful and such a quick and generous remedy surprised me very pleasantly. Today came the second belt, already with the initials in the right form, unfortunately I also understand why the trade was so generous, the buckle on the second belt is catastrophic, completely unpainted molding with sharp edges and cracked plating, which peeled and shone apparently some galvanizing or copper. I take this as an insult, something like a gift I can not give my father, so with a big thanks I throw both belts and ordered a new one from another manufacturer, I definitely do not recommend buying here! I received an apology from the store and an offer for a full refund, which I highly appreciate, even though I cannot accept it, because I threw my belts as I wrote above in a state of indignation and therefore cannot take back the money with good conscience, since I basically refused the possibility of another complaint. I believe that the business is fair due to communication and therefore probably the experience of others will be good, but I personally insist on my bad experience. I believe that other buyers will be unhappy with my purchase and therefore change my rating from one to three stars. I am not sure, therefore for me certainly exemplary communication with customers, but whether the goods will be good I do not know.

Perfect goods, belts look really good and quality, perfect access and communication. I recommend.
