As an investor, I am extremely satisfied with the services of SIAN. I have no worries about real estate, everything is taken care of. I appreciate the fact that what is agreed or presented is fully realized and I never had an unpleasant surprise. I can only recommend cooperation.

It was the year 2017 when my then friend and I moved into an apartment from Sian and everything was bathed in the sun. The first unpleasant surprise came when only one could sign a contract, in this case a friend signed, I was labeled a cohabiting being. We lived happily for a while before we broke up in 2019. I was left to live alone in the apartment, so we wanted to change the number of tenants and rewrite the contract for me. On Sian, but Mrs. "I enjoy my work" Eisman said that it is "unnecessary paperwork", that it is not necessary, after all, I am also mentioned in the contract. So I say to myself no big deal, I will pay advances for two people and I will make it such a nice savings: D. That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't want to move in 2020 too. The overpayment 2019, which normally runs until the end of August, was thus arbitrarily associated with the overpayment 2020 and with the deposit that it will be charged all after the handover of the apartment. Come on, I plastered, painted and prepared the whole apartment. But this is a reversal. An ex-boyfriend who was still listed in the contract as "number one" has committed suicide. A long emailing began (where Mrs. Klegová didn't help much for a change either) so how to solve the money that was demonstrably coming from my private account. In the final, my "savings" were handed over to inheritance proceedings and from there on at the expense of the funeral. Which is seriously an irony of fate and a paradox: D. Here you see how the mistake of one lazy lady can affect events. It was a very enriching experience, although considerably expensive. I would summarize the lessons like this, don't live with mentally weaker individuals or with Sian, at best, of course, both. Congratulations to everyone who read this far. When I move into a renovated apartment, I really didn't expect that the reconstruction took place about a hundred years ago. Good at first glance, but after you settle down, it's awful. It started with windows where I was told to check them every year and nobody checked them for at least 7 years. So I reckon that not the rest of the things, such as the constantly dripping taps throughout the apartment ... and other things.

Getting back the overpayment and bail is a superhuman act. They respond to emails if it is a question. As soon as there is a complaint and a solution, they ignore the email. The apartments are nice, but it's expensive fun without a quality approach to the customer. Not again.
