I ordered a tire change on Saturday via the online portal. There was a confirmation by text message and e-mail, anyway, when I arrived for the tour, it was written on the gate that it was closed on Saturdays. No one wrote off either on the order confirmation or after the fact; no explanation, no excuse that the client went there unnecessarily. Given the rest of the references, which are generally positive, this mess in communication is detrimental, and I hope you've already fixed the system.
