Mr. Doctor is my GP. I must say that I do not have a single reproach, and since the time is coronavirus, he devoted himself to me in his free time online and on Christmas Day. The nurse in the surgery is always nice and smiling, like a doctor :-)

I came with chrin pain in the other metatarsal joint of the right leg. Mr. Doctor instructed me that we practically don't need toes except for the toe. Sadly, I was not sent for an X-ray or an ultrasound to reveal that I was suffering from Freiberg's disease.

At the M-Gate clinic with MUDr. Jan Tišer, I underwent surgery for varicose veins using the CHIVA method. Although the range was relatively large, the operation went absolutely without problems, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Before the operation, the doctor explained to me in detail the essence of the CHIVA method in comparison with other types of varicose vein operations, and then the exact procedure of the operation. I see the biggest advantage of this method in the fact that it does not limit a person at all. I only had a rest day on the first day, the next day I was on a walk with the dog and rode my bike for a checkup. He has experience with Dr. Tisher. Fourteen years ago I was in a hospital for a classic varicose vein operation. After the operation, the leg was swollen, aching, and I wasn't surprised at how it gradually changed color, just horror. I was four weeks on the light, still with stockings and the healing process was very slow. Of course, after a while, varicose veins returned and the problems occurred again. The foot was swollen and a change in skin color was observed. It was clear that I would have to do the surgery again! But I didn't want to go to the hospital for my previous experience. That's why I started to search the internet for other options. I found an M-Gate clinic in Pardubice. Already at the first visit I was pleasantly surprised. Modern, clean and quiet environment, very nice and helpful nurse. Dr. Tišer is absolutely cool and nice. This is not seen every day. Mr. Doctor examined me and sent it to ultrasound. On the next visit he explained to me the next procedure and I ordered the surgery. The procedure is performed using the CHIVA method, the necessary information is easily found on the Internet. The operation itself is cool. Anesthesia is local and all that is felt is an anesthetic injection and light pulling, but it does not hurt. The whole procedure took about an hour, everything was absolutely no problem. After tying his leg, there was a short rest, a cup of coffee, and home. Nothing hurt me, and the rest of the day and night was still. The next day on the bandage I suffered a pleasant shock! No bruising or swelling against classic surgery and a person is fully functional. Essentially unlimited! Not even the price of 8,500 CZK is bad, I saw 19,500 CZK in the competition !!! But what really got me is an incredibly accommodating and human approach to both the doctor and the nurse! Martin Kvapil - Pardubice

Most surprising is the helpfulness, willingness and kind approach to the patient since the first meeting of both the physician and the nurse. We are not used to it from other devices.
