Always a great gastronomic experience. The dishes are honest, when the taste buds will shake your bliss. The last experience was the Valentine's menu and I bow to this cuisine, because the composition of the taste only with the goat cheese appetizer with other components was the delight and the salmon tartare 😋 ..

Everything we ate here was great, but today's "Halb and Halb" (ribs and wings) were the icing on the cake. Absolutely great, I pay tribute to the chef and I definitely recommend it to everyone. Even in the boxes (delivery), the food did not lose its appearance, let alone its taste. 👌

We ordered food home and it was really amazing. I haven't eaten like this for a long time. The only one who spoils them is a poisoned courier from the Lady of the Food. But they are not to blame. I look forward to more goodies.

About the reviewed dishes I ate: Homemade potato dumplings truly the perfect feed. Cabbage slightly sour, but mainly the potato dough was one poem. The steak in crispy breadcrumbs was delicious in taste and really giant Filleted steak with vegetables and potatoes. Meat tender and those halves of potatoes are probably a local lid specialty, because they are both from a 5 * restaurant. I've had them a few times and they're gorgeous. Apparently special lidding spices and perfect preparation works wonders 🙂 The Pardubice bastion with two homemade dumplings had zebrafish and she just happily stamped and patted her 🙂 Classic steak with homemade potato salad. Here I would stop at a salad that gave me a taste. I haven't eaten something so well balanced in a long time. Imagine a salad from your mother or grandmother (simply the best) and the hatches are even 10% better. Fried gouda. I've had it once before, and in taste, where the eidam goes, this is fried delight! Especially homemade tartare is an absolute gem among tatarkas 🙂 However, so as not to melt into the gouda, I didn't like the mashed potatoes very much, it was the weakest part of this dish. Maybe bad batch 🙂 Last meal extremely slowly pulled cheeks. Meat both cake and sauce perfect. Bacon only completed this amazing dish and was an imaginary icing on the dessert 😃 By the way, an interesting idea to put horseradish in those mashed potatoes a pleasant revival and red onions super, but it could have been more. from me everything is still grunting 🙂 - in Pod Pokličkou .
