The doctor is very nice. I don't know what the others write here whenever I call her, so she will make time for me and especially help me with my atopic eczema.

At first I didn't want to write this post, but in the end I have to. I don't like what I was prescribed and said about the burn. The doctor prescribed me a backfill and advised me to dry. I'm very happy that I bypassed other dermatologists, who immediately told me that it could have gone wrong. I understand that doctors are also just people, but my skin is also one and I am very glad that my intuition did not disappoint me. One has to go around more doctors these days ... so that it doesn't turn out "stupidly".

I do not dare to judge the quality of your care, there was no possibility. But the approach to the patient seems completely unprofessional to me. Last week, a telephone agreement that we can stop at the surgery, when the office time is within one hour, but 12:40 no one was there. So yesterday another phone call, at nine o'clock in the morning, again no problem, we can easily come and at 10:45 a sign on the door that for family reasons the surgery is until eleven o'clock. Maybe you are a good doctor / we will not try that anymore /, however you should train for hours and probably work on communication. Thank you, I have nothing to do.

A willing, kind and very nice doctor with a human approach, who intends to help others even in these difficult times. I am very happy to be her patient and now my daughter :-)
