I absolutely do not recommend. My mirror was broken (which I completely understand that it could have happened during transport), but what strikes me is the company's actions following the reporting of a defect by email. Reaction time around a week, sometimes I didn't get an answer at all. The proposed solution was that I would be sent CZK 200 for glazing. Just look at the internet for how much this event costs and you will come to the conclusion that it is a mockery. The icing on the cake - all this during an emergency, when it was closed everywhere. After another long agreement, I sent the mirror back at my own expense on November 26. The shipment was accepted on November 30. Result? I still don't have my money for defective goods or postage when sending back, and no one answers me again by email ...

I ordered an outdoor cast iron thermometer with a bird and other goods from the LaHome store. Even though they had written delivery dates for the goods, they did not correspond to the facts at all, and if you do not find out where your paid goods are, no one will inform you about the delay in the delivery date. I had to complain about the thermometer because it did not show the appropriate temperature, ie. outside - 10 on thermometer +18. In addition, sending the goods at my expense = half the price of the goods. I haven't even seen new goods or refunds yet !! Yesterday, I found a defect in other goods that I bought here, on a tin scales that have holes where the ear is attached. So it cannot be filled with water for live flowers, it can only serve as a decoration or a dust collector. In conclusion, I would like to warn everyone not to get caught up in nice-looking goods, which for the price are not even practical and communication with the store is lousy.

I received an order for a work address. Due to covid measures at the border, I returned to the Czech Republic with a delay and thus briefly missed the deadline for return. After a telephone explanation, Mrs. Herman of LaHome assured me of a positive settlement if I wrote a request in writing, which I did immediately. Only after 25 days did I get an answer. Rejective. I am sorry for the reluctance to meet the needs of the customer and I will definitely not recommend this store further.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store. The goods came in poor quality (peeled off the back of the cash register) and dirty (the glass was completely sealed and there was glue along the edges). The only thing I can recommend is fast delivery. I can't insert photos for some reason: /

Great satisfaction for me. Fast delivery, also packed well. Communication immediately with interest in the customer. The goods are beautiful and especially genuine leather accessories. I recommend
