Great service
What more could you want? I ordered for the first time and certainly not for the last time. A wide range and things of really high quality. I would also say the prices are absolutely great. Fast delivery and great communication with the store. I also welcomed the card with my name and the employee's signature. I would say a small thing, but you can really see that they are dedicated to customers. Another nice surprise was a gift that was welcomed by the ears. They both enjoyed the gifts. :) I don't have a single negative experience. As I wrote, they have a really rich assortment and there is really a lot to choose from. This e-shop is one of my favorites and I will definitely order again and again. :)
100% satisfaction. I bought a guinea pig cage here. Goods ordered on Wednesday late at night, Friday at noon I received the goods. Not only was the price 1/3 lower than elsewhere, but the price also included postage. The package came precisely packaged so that it would not really be damaged, and the fact that it was accompanied by a "personal thank you" for the purchase and a small gift, this is really an above-standard icing on the cake: -)
I ordered pet supplies on December 27th and I paid for them immediately and today is January 20th, I still haven't received the order. Every week I call and ask for my order, they always answer that they will send me an order immediately ... and nothing. Promises of mistakes !!! If there is no product, answer back to the customer so they can change to other things. Don't make yourself a žožoooo shop that has everything you can think of and then get h.v.o !!!!
We were at the store for the first time today and upon arrival we received a beautiful welcome and explained to us how to shop in your store. Pleasant staff, clean shop and beautiful animals (chinchillas, rabbits and birds) ♥ ️ We certainly were not with you last time. Thank you
