I'm very happy with carwest, I wish there were more such companies. I have been going to them for about five years, before that I tried other services. Unlike my other experiences, the biggest difference is that he always tries to accommodate me. I'm glad to at least thank them for this review. I have experienced that a lot of services that have enough work simply do not want to solve anything, they order in a very long time and overall, somehow, willingness is often lacking. I understand that when there is enough work, they don't even get up from their chairs and they probably don't care about a new customer, or I don't know. But when something breaks before a vacation, it's just a problem. Sometimes a smaller and faster fix might solve it, but the willingness just isn't there. I can't do anything in the car and if something like this happens to me, it's just a problem. One day my exhaust fell off before the holidays and I waited for repairs for 20 days, I had to rent a car from my father-in-law. It was after this experience that my friend recommended the carwest car service that he drives there alone and is satisfied. And I can confirm it 100%. It never happened that they refused or did not want to help me. Sometimes it wasn't completely right away, but they always dealt with it at least right away, found out the defect and then repaired it in a few days. They probably have enough work, because we are always looking for a free term, but precisely because of their willingness they always find it and they really try to make it fast. That's just the most important thing to me, because I can't be without a car. There was never a problem with the price, on the contrary. They are just willing there and I feel good about it. The last time they did a clutch, they inspected the car in front of the MOT and did the MOT, and they cleaned the interior perfectly. No worries and results as always as number one. So far, I definitely remain a loyal customer and I recommend to others.
