22 years ago, this company, under the leadership of Mr. Polman, installed and manufactured a swimming pool for us about 5 years ago. Everything was always delivered and installed in order. Before the 2nd month, I stopped at the company with a question about a plastic edging for the pool. To this day, no response, although I was promised that as soon as the owner arrives, the owner will make an appointment and let them know. It can be seen that it probably doesn't care about customers or that it was a small order for the company. And I'm not alone, who has a similar experience with non-communication of the company.

Great communication, they sent technical drawings and detailed information directly when offering. The deadline was met according to the agreement and the installers on site were handy and fast, they explained everything to us clearly. So far we are very satisfied, thank you.
