A friend was buying me a new phone and asking for some benefits for me as a regular customer. Apparently there is nothing and a day to do now discounts on all phones and on my 1.000, - So thank you dear O², but as soon as my tariff expires, I flee from you ..

The waiting times are quite high (due to the nature of the activity, such as concluding contracts, it is unfortunately not otherwise possible). Staff are trying to meet.

Very reluctant and slow service, unsuitable opening hours. On Saturday only from 9 to 11 is absolutely inadequate. In Kutná Hora is open on Saturday at least until 12, which would be better .. So for me this shop is completely useless. I have no time to get there ...
