We ordered 2 beds to order - continental bed GOLD C50. Delivery date 14 days earlier. When folding, we found that one was missing components and the short face had incorrectly drilled holes for the struts. It was Saturday afternoon and the old airport was exported to the eco-yard. We contacted the store in Bystrc by phone and the immediate solution of the manager saved us a sleepless night. He removed the components from the showcase at the store and, with a great apology, provided us with an additional gift card with a pleasant amount for the next purchase. We bought bedding that day for a very reasonable price (again with a discount on the event). We would like to thank you very much for the very helpful and individual approach of the staff and highly recommend it.

Vybavení do bytu jediné zde. Nejjjjj zaměstnanci s přístupem jak dopoledne tak za 5 min 6 prostě na 100%!!! Manažer, děvčata z prodejny, i Mládek pán. Díky a zase přijdu. Polštářky jsou mooooooc fajn ❗

Although half the store is closed, there is still something to choose from. 👍
