20. 11. 2019 I visited the store, after yesterday's experience, I do not wonder why nowadays people shop online. But I do not know when it is written that it is open from 8:00 am and the feeder still can not call it counts cash at 11:30, barely greets and sees that I stand there and totally ignores me, it does not seem to me the best approach. I still have a question and the lady behind the casa will tell me that she is doing cash now, so let me wait, but in a very scornful tone. I am very sorry, because I liked going there before and after yesterday's event, I will never go there again. I wish a lot of customers like her herself behind the casa.

March 22, 2019 In a herb shop willing and pleasant, but unfortunately I can not say about the store below it with a special diet, where the saleswoman uncomfortable to the arrogant, apparently I disturbed the conversation from my colleagues. The owner (s) should replace the shop assistant. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. If it wasn't for this saleswoman, they probably had more sales.
April 6, 2019, the owner wrote off Zuzana Urbankova to describe her in detail to the saleswoman, I wrote off the same day, but no response from her, even though I asked her to write down the result of a reluctant saleswoman, I said I negatively, but I did not write about but only one salesperson at the store and four stars from me, if they couldn't get 5 stars.
