I don't understand the comment "Pharmacist offered me other antibiotics with the same active ingredient, how can she afford it?" Of course, it is just another manufacturer of the same drug, which is most likely produced by the same manufacturing process and with the same raw materials, perhaps in the same manufacturing company. So where is the problem in this ???

Are you even normal? Responding to the antibiotic recipe, "I don't have these here exactly, but I'll give you another with the same active ingredient." You're not serious. The doctor is not a doctor just because she has nothing else to do but because she studied it. How can a pharmacy ever afford to offer other antibiotics? Does he know the history of that person? Does he know his problems? Or it's just that pharmaceutical companies pay more.
