This store is not here to solve your problems. They need to sell overpriced tariffs, insurance and glass for mobile phones for 300 CZK / piece. In addition, when selling the phone, they promise that it is not a problem to get a replacement in case of failure. Unfortunately, this is a problem. They just don't have replacement phones.
It's fun to listen to how they have learned phrases as they sell overpriced klumprt to older people. E.g. It would be a shame to have this super-powerful computer lying here now that it's in action. Then, after a month, the pensioner finds out that he just wanted to call his grandchildren, and as a result he has a tablet with the Internet for CZK 800 a month, but he can't call him anywhere.
In case of questions, the sellers still call the infoline and after 5 pm they will not solve anything, because there is no one on the infoline. You're just waiting there and waiting.
If there are no trained staff in the store, then one big horror.

I came up asking for internet on my mobile. I was told that he could buy a new DATA sim for 299, - 1.5GB, but from which I CAN NOT call, or get a tariff with a COMMIT for 2 years. I found it stupid and I asked twice if it really is so and not another option, but the seller (arrogant dude) vehemently asserted that there is no other option. I gave it up and at home I found that even on my prepaid card I can activate the Internet 1.5GB for 299, - I secretly hoped that I could come across a normal person who would not try to grow, but on the contrary would could not give advice, but the type of people that O2 employs is just the same advice .. DON'T BELIEVE INFORMATION FROM THE DEALER, ASK ANY OTHER
