Very rude guy there, completely stupid attitude and always angry, dump, no professional, run, don't use it, never, they want to STEAL your Money!!

Careful here! Once you change, you will get a different rate then previously advertised. Just pay by card in Prague wherever andwhenever you need.

1 | BEWARE of this exchange place, they are NOT honest at all and most probably will rip you off. 2 | They will give you around 18 CZK for 1 euro on weekdays and 14 CZK on weekends. Proper exchange rate is around 25 CZK for 1 euro. 3 | According to the Czech law, you CAN get your money back up to 3 hours after your transaction. It is a law, they HAVE TO return you all your money, if requested. There is no fee for that.

THERE IS A CZECH LAW SAYING YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MONEY BACK IN 3 HOURS FROM THE EXCHANGE TIME! YOU CAN GET YOUR DOLLARS OR EUROS BACK IN EXCHANGE OF YOUR CZECH CROWNS (KORUNA - CZK).
