The location is excellent, right under the Carlos Bridge with amazing views of the Moldova. The food was okay and the service ok too. The prices aren’t high if you understand where you are and it’s something that must be paid. The reason why I’m not rating five stars is that the employees waste too much time pushing you to order food, otherwise you must leave the gardens. Felt during the experience that we were in a rush while we wanted to have a chill drinks and eat afterwards.

By Czech law, service IS included, but a TIP is not included. The woman with blond short hair demands a tip so thats why i didnt tip at al dont lie in ppl's face i was going to tip (even when her service was not good at all)until she act like that. 1 star because the location is nice.

I can only rate drinks as we did not have food there. Service was quick but could have been a littler friendlier. Beer was good and cold and had a fair prize for the stunning view you get.

Rude waitresses, never again.

Pathetic staff i have ever came across 3 ladies serving on the terrace were not only unfriendly but rude. They did not had any sign boards of RESERVED or sitting after this area is not allowed and when people including us sat On the table. They approached us with rude behavior and started shouting why are you sitting here? Go sit on other table. We avoided that and sat on other, watching this 2 of the couple dint order and went as a protest. When we saw a table on terrace with good view is free, we went and sat there, the other lady came and started complaining why dis you sit here. We walk off without order. Do not waste money ordering expensive stuff at this place, instead use other terrace which have good view of Charles Bridge.
