Professional, kind and supportive stuff, the cashier helped me to solve problem with my online order of postcards in one minute (I would deal with it for half an hour on my own).

I found the book I wanted ...czech authors in english version... The store is big and the staff is helpful.

Really bad customer service out here. I had to return a poorly translated book, which I don't normally do but this book was a real disaster!Either way, the the staff was so disrespectful and even attempted to mock me. The Donald would have said: "disgraceful".

Mainly books in Czech language, but quite a few novels in English if you're on holiday. Staff all seemed to speak good English and the cafe on 1st floor is good for coffee and inexpensive.
