Beautiful decorations, very warm atmosphere. Service kind, but prices a bit steep especially the brandies - but hey, it's in the very center of Prague so what do you expect

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Overpriced coffee and rude, horrible staff. While I was sitting there, I heard some people asking whether they could use the toilet for a fee and the waiter was downright rude (even though 6they actually could, for 20kč if they hadn't asked him). Also, some of the apparent staff members kept putting their things on my table. After a while, the waiter told me to leave because I'm not spending enough but still occupping a table (the cafe was half-empty the whole time).

I really liked the whole decoration, but the store is suffering from service. First they charge the entrance to the toilet ... which is dirty too! Sweeties I didn't try, but I heard something about outrageous prices ....!

In the toilet the waiter went after my wife and daughter! My daughter should pay extra 20 crowns but she is 5 years a cheek! After discussion with the waiter with glasses he called us bubbles (Crazy)! I can only warn everyone there to go to the bathroom. But as soon as I asked to open the turnstile in the toilet, I sharply stated that I did not understand, offered to speak Czech, German or English. Naturally, I refused the order and went to another place. In Prague for the first time, but already the third day and for the first time I encountered such an attitude.
