Terrible customer service, they should never judge a book by it's cover. They treated me as if I couldn't afford the products solely because I am a Black woman wow I have never been treated like this, I shop here often at home in the United states. I am a world traveled business woman/owner who loves to shop but no worries I will never go back!

The shop was full of customers but they greet and let us in anyway. There is this guy trying to know what we needed. We enquire about global blue stuff and he explained it well. Then he directed us to proceed to look around and there will be sale person to attend to us. Indeed a sale person attended us once he is free from previous customer. He helped and showed us a few options. Good smiley guy. Thanks.

your customer service is awful please note that not only Asian and Russian people have money to buy LV products so you should also turn to regular customers !!! Being „first in row“ obviously doesn’t mean a lot to you anymore, standing on the side waiting for staff While watching everybody else, who by the way came after we did, getting support by the staff. You guys are just lame...
