Absolutely unprofessional. Receptionist hung up twice on me. Finally when I was transferred to the right department another woman hung up on me with the rude reply "no English". No manners at all. At least for the decency put your website only in CZ if you not even able to talk to English patients over the phone. Disappointment is not even going to cut it.

Absolute satisfaction. I recommend ordering by e-mail - a reply within 15 minutes with an order deadline for next week. That a person is waiting - show me a doctor you are not waiting for 😁😁

Everything works as well as my file and the information of the girl pleasantly with all the order of parade. The only thing that is terrible is waiting even after 3 hours I did not get to the doctor.

If you try to order by phone, good luck, every line will ignore you. Even if you are calling number 1, no one will pay attention to you even after half an hour. A scary approach.

More than a week trying to order, after 20 minutes the machine tells me that I am the first one in the queue, I still can not reach. Kartoteka absolutely does not respond. Unfortunately, I have this experience everywhere I try to order within 2 years. The card certainly needs another system.
