I rented a cello from Jiří for about 10 months. It was a fine instrument and played beautifully. I had to take it in for repair at one point and the repair was also for a good price. All in all a very nice experience. I would highly recommend.

I came to look for a old Chech guitar and told the owner I do not have the money he asked for the guitar, he still let me play it a bit and talked a bit about the instrument. Very kind man

I tried to repair a violin but they were rude and do not even let me show what is the problem. "SUPER" Client experience :(

Bought a Czech violin a couple years ago. In love with it! Owner was very helpful and kind. I do not know how to compare prices but don’t think the price was cheap but that said, I’d pay a lot more for this violin. It sings so beautifully. I have had 3 full size violins but this is on a level beyond these 100-300 year old Violins. This one was Czech made from 100 year or so wood. I play it many times a week for pleasure. It has become one key to my heart. Thank you to this store!

Admittedly I am a violin tyre kicker; I've been looking, on and mostly off, for the ideal instrument for the last twenty years. I popped into the the shop unannounced whilst on hols and had a thoroughly entertaining half an hour learning about and playing Czech violins. The owner was a splendid chap and although I didn't find my ideal instrument this time, I'd very much recommend a visit.
