Bald gentleman pretty unpleasant and obviously not interested in the customer. I came up with a problem with the headphones, a simple solution was enough that the gentleman next to Voix took less than a minute :) The bald gentleman sent me straight on the complaint without even trying to help. Such a person has nothing to do in such a shop.

I have nothing to reproach and just praise. An approach I never expected. The speaker sent with a letter that started fooling around about a week after the warranty sent for service to this store. Back home I got a brand new original wrapped. Everything in perfect order, maximum satisfaction.
