Very nice studio with intimate, almost homely atmosphere. Pleasant and clean facilities, all equipment available and friendly trainers. Under the new owner added both courses and mainly massages, including EFT. I have already used her services and I cannot praise myself. Professional and sensitive approach. I highly recommend to all, especially those who do not fully meet the "beautiful body factories" and besides the muscles, want to do something for their soul.

Amazing owner of Mrs. D., who is also excellent masseuse. For pilates I recommend Miss Misa, who can adapt to clients with health. potizi. Nice and clean spaces. I go to private lessons and I have not found cheaper in Prague. They also have reformers and a lot of different pieces of pilates. So no lesson is boring.
