For English tourists it would be a bad idea to visit the place. I called before two days for appointment and explained that I'm a beginner but when I came first I've been greeted in a cold way and no one is giving me proper details or a simple introduction. I attended the class and discovered that it was for intermediate level!!! Clearly they just wanted to take my money without providing value for me. I left the place with little pain in my legs... My sincere advise for English first timers this place is not worth it

So far I've tried around seven lecturers and everyone was really good. I do yoga alone and I do not allow this studio. In addition, if you have a problem, try to get out of the box immediately. Yoga spirit and body;).
