Simply Pilates

I am deeply grateful to have happened upon the Simply Pilates Studio, and cannot recommend it highly enough. First and foremost, the instructors know their stuff, and are precise and clear in their guidance. Nobody is improvising anything - they have a clear plan and stick to it. I have had classes or private lessons with all but one of the teachers, and each is excellent. The classes have a maximum of six students, so each student one gets attention from the teacher. If you can spring for private lessons, however, that`s even better. As much as anything else, I appreciate the setting - high-ceilinged rooms, painted in deep rich colours, in a 19th century apartment house overlooking the Vltava. It may seem a small thing, but unlike sweaty gyms and cramped, airless studios, not to mention overpriced non-luxurious "luxury spas" in hotels, it is a real pleasure to go there.

I love private lessons here, thanks to this study (and especially the instrustructures) my posture and my kyphosis in general have improved a lot. Thank you and despite the price, it is very worth walking.
