It was bad experience! I want coloring my hair but still not cover my grey hair?! And I have no idea why charging so much for simple coloring hair ? And I never had this happened before when I coloring my hair . They charging for washing hair dry hair everything ! It was bad experience! Will not visit again !

All this trendy interior and atmosphere is useless, if you cannot get the basics right. I asked for a blow-dry with curly ends. Ended up with hair straight as straw, sticking out in all directions. Really disappointing.

A trendy salon cafe with funky decoration. The menu is minimum but offers most of the basic drinks you would expect in a coffee shop. There is no window inside but feel cozy on rainy/snowy days.

Very bad experience. First time what was supposed to be blond balayage turned into orange red patches on my hair couple days later. When I informed the hairdresser he told me to wash it with blue shampoo (??!!!). I told him I expected better service for 4,200 Kc (price not including a haircut) he apologized, admitted he screwed up and asked me to come back so he can fix it. Because I don't live in Europe I came next time I was in Prague -3 months later. Meanwhile I had to wear a cap, the hair looked really bad and the orange stripe never washed out. Went to the salon, had hair some-what fixed and was asked to pay 3,900 Kc. When I replied that this was actually meant to be "repair work", I was told I have to pay anyway because it has been 3 months already and therefore it doesn't count (!!). To summarize: horrible hair, cca 8,000 Kc, and the feeling I am the bad guy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The coolest, and probably the best hair salon in town!
