Read and listen to the negative reviews. Overall poor customer service and definitely not for foreigners. I just wasted an hour waiting in vain. No hairdressers in sight when I got there. One finally appeared and told me to return in about 30 minutes. I came back and was told that I would have to wait while they help someone who came there after me. Employees customer service skills are worse than their English. So, don’t waste your time or money.

was quick and nice haircut, without appointment. Left me totally satisfied, though in principle on can find a little cheaper place for a man's haircut.

Nothing to complain: men’s haircut with washing, cutting, conditioner and styling, only 310 korunas (12,5 euros). Fast and friendly service even without appointment. Although Google Translate from czech to finnish told that they trim your hair wit a mouse trap!😂😂😂

They take a long time, because they always want to sell "the full programme" and they refused to do a simple haircut. They might be usable, if you want to get pampered, but definitely not for a plain haircut.

Very overpriced company, with zero respect to their customers, not interested in their needs only pushing to get as much money as possible out of everyone. You can get much cheaper services (eg Prague's city centre almost half the price!). So my only advice is, if you ever think to go there, please think twice. It certainly does not worth it.
