You can not find information about Insurance policy or procedure !! Plus, they put some unprofessionals (med.assistant) to answer telephone, so they are deciding what will be with me by telephone diagnostic????? (Medical assistant as they call, is an administrative roll with a high school degree! You are not doctors!! So PLEASE, be humans and provide us with real doctors and in person diagnostic)

Minimal wait time. As a foreigner, I was thankful that the staff spoke English. They helped me resolve and update my insurance.

Hana Prochazkova from VZP’s Praha 2 office gives a marvelously bad example of how rude clients with inquiries can get threated by a big-insurance in the 21st century.
