Namely, Mr. Jakub Zacharda gave us considerable problems in handling the mortgage loan and exposed us to a situation where we almost lost CZK 252,000 deposited as a deposit for the land we were buying, despite having seen sales contracts and seeing that the maturity is 10 days, two days before the end of this deadline, he requested proof of income and thus essentially forfeited the money. It was only thanks to the benevolence of the sellers that an amendment was made (for which we paid extra money) for a later date that was not fulfilled until the last due date. He apologized that we could not prove the project and only after my question why I actually need the project when buying the land told me that he wanted to save me a fee for an estimate of 4 000 CZK, I think this information I got much sooner we can make it or not. He also sent us the collateral documents we were waiting for - 7 people agreed to sign on that day - and he sent them in the name of Jan instead of George, so they didn't release them at the post office and the meeting had to move. Documents I send him does not check, so it usually happens that he asks us for confirmation of collection, I send him confirmation from my bank and in a week I learn that it must be from the bank of the same institution where I have a mortgage and where I do not have an account. So again, the delay is completely unnecessary. To prove to us that this is a really sad case, he could ask the bank to forgive our mortgage fee, but he did not, and so he let us pay another $ 4,400. Lessons: do not take these intermediaries, communicate directly with the bank, at the beginning you will save a little time in terms of inquiries who offers what, but in the end there are only problems ...
