The staff here have always been wonderful to me. I don't know if it's English friendly, but I found that the staff speaks Czech nice and slowly for maximum understanding. Easy to find and well organized too.

Xenophobia is a relevant desease in this company, and employees at all level make sure you will feel it afterwards. Once you signed your health insurance contract you might receive obscure and confused documents barely understandable except by their OZP accountants only. Please think twice and pitch for other ones, considering you like as client first.
