We were lured into the company under the pretext of an apartment that will not be advertised. During a meeting with financial advisor Eva Votíková, an application was created for a stand-by loan, which was created under the pretext of finding out whether our ideas of finance are realistic. We were only told that it was informative. We thought we were signing an agreement to process the GDPR, but we signed the request. Subsequently, we were shocked to find out that we had received an actual contract by email. During the resolution of the termination and sending the proof of termination with us, the lady mentioned here said that we do not have to sign anything, that she will cancel it and that we will not receive any document from her, send it to headquarters and receive the paper by the end of the week. Since we need the document, we urged the Blue Pyramid, where we were told that THIS DOCUMENT SHOULD PROVIDE US. All I can say is that I am glad that the Blue Pyramid met our needs.
