We bought a granat ring during summer 2016. One tiny stone fell off in autumn. When we went to the store again in our honeymoon in december 2016 they kindly repaired the ring with out any cost.

A wonderful jewelry well. Bought a ring here. I really liked the service. The sellers are very polite. Which we did not feel in other stores in Prague. We were given a discount and applied Tax free. In twenty minutes we were reduced the size of the ring for free. Completely satisfied. Thank you!
