I've been shopping here three times and eveytime I had an excellent experience. The staff is super helpful even if you wan to buy something smaller. Will be coming back for sure. The only downside is that they don't have everything what you can see on the US store website but still great range of products is in there.

A travel habit my wife and I have is to stop and see the local T&Co. This location has a limited selection...or so it would seem. We asked about a collection not on display and the staff was able to pull a selection from out of view. The experience was impressive. “Ask and ye shall receive”. Thank you for the service and the pleasure of professionalism.

Appalling store, avoid at all costs, the doorman is rude and obnoxious and refused us entry, he said it was closing ..... 1.5 hrs before closing time!! When he did let us in we were lied to again, we were told it was very busy upstairs by another assistant and that there was a long wait to be seen. When we got upstairs there were 3 people in a group and we were served immediately!! This lady was lovely and served us like we expected in Tiffany. We were so offended and shocked by this awful experience we decided to wait and made our purchase in Tiffany Vienna instead. Doesn’t deserve the name over the door.

Very good quality as always TIFFANY, and better than usual pricing. Don't forget to do your tax back claim

The worst customer service ever !!! Part of my ring had broken off , and i came to the store to ask to fix it. And I faced such a rude lady ,who said that it's me who is carrying a heavy bags and that it's my fault, she was very arrogant and blaming me but it's insane, what kind of bags should I have to broke the ring 🤦‍♀️
