Very poor service. There is no one at the front of the store to welcome you, and when you do find a person they make you feel unwelcome. It is also hard to communicate in English which is unfortunate as this is Salvatore Ferragamo in a very touristy area of Prague. When you ask about price or tax refund or anything they make it seem like you’re bothering them by asking questions and they go back to whatever they are doing (organizing shoes, cleaning bags, etc). Will never come back here

Unfortunately, I have to add negative reviews. Although I like things from Salvatore Ferragamo, I will not return to this boutique. The saleswomen are annoyed, rude and reluctant. The service is really terrible, at H&M they are nicer to customers than here.
The boutique "Salvatore Ferragamo" in Prague, will win the hearts of many. Exquisite design, nice atmosphere. And the most important thing is that the professionals work their business there. Very nice and nice staff. I will definitely return there again !!!
