Very unpleasant gentleman. When accepting a broken chain for repair, you did not forgive the remark with an unpleasant tone, that I prefer to buy a new chain. I waited for 5 weeks to repair the chain. It is not possible to pay by card with smaller amounts.

We have old clock for batteries, we needed to repair older broken yearbooks, but apparently do not repair. Like where did we get it? Do they sell hours but don't repair? I totally regret your customers, because such a business is sucking.

The salesman's approach was utterly disgraceful. He behaved frankly ill-mannered and sordid, moreover without reason. The outdoor Sunto watches for the diver was marked as worthless and nonvolatile and refused to replace the battery. I believe it's just a personal problem for a salesman, but unfortunately he throws a very bad light on the whole business. We have replaced the battery elsewhere.
