Škodův palác

A very beautiful structure in the centre of Prague. It is used mainly for Public Offices of Prague 1 Public Authority, which supplies services too for the whole area of Prague. It was redesigned to maintain its historical appearance and integrating in it modern services & their needs. Unfortunately, as very frequently in Prague, nobody speaks English.

Totally worth going in to see the paternoser lift. The lift is very interesting and fun and was a highlight of our trip. There is also a paternoser in city hall if you aren't around the Skoduv Palac...

I went to see the paternostrom. Great experience!!

Nostrifikace office. Unprofessional. unfriendly. No English. "Lenka" - she said my documents I showed and explained to her were enough and okay, so I spent 1000 euro to get the documents from home country and get it translated and certified, but then when I applied for the Nostrifikace she said my documents are not sufficient. SHOULD'VE told me 1 year before then I wouldn't have wasted money and time. Had to quit the university (I got all A, but without Nostrifikace I won't get actual degree after graduation, so...) and leave the country in the end.
