Excellent hotel, located in the heart of old town Prague. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were normal, nice and clean with a modern enough bathroom (Room #1). We had our towels changed and room cleaned. Good prices for wine in bar. Breakfast was good and tasty, with a good enough variation. Location A++++. If you're into watching TV on your Prague trip, you will get German. Priced fairly and adequately, highly recommend.

Good location and good price. Quite old rooms but ok. A drink (water, soft drinks) selling machine would be nice, or a welcome water bottle in the room. The system with the doorbell to open the door by personel during the night is working, but not comfortable. A code or key would be better. Nice small "bistro/beer garden" with nice service till night on weekebd days

Very nice staff. Great location. Room description didn't really match room I got. Worth the stay.
