Royal Road Residence

Good apartment in great location of Prague. We stayed a week in an apartment in 2nd floor of a very old building and we feel very comfortable, good sleep. The building is in great location, in the heart of Prague Old City, you can walk not more 15 min to every historic places. The apartment is very space, full equipped with kitchen for a family, have view from balcony. Really good for that price.

The place is ok. Though I have some concerns about the place. 1st of all the beds where really hard so it was impossible to sleep on the beds and we all slept on couches. 2nd: The device or whatever you call it was using gas to heat up the water and the flow of the hot water was not stable. What I am trying to say is that the water was really hot and then it got cold and hot again. You will either freeze or burn yourself. 3rd and last the rooms could barely heat up from the heaters. At the end it was an overall ok experience.

Very clean and Location is very nice place but they want your credits card information or 300 euros deposit. I stayed in many hostels and hotels and none of them asked me to my private credit card information or deposit. I think that this is not true. They should change their policy. I am a traveler and i stayed many places. They should change something. I didnt meet this kind of problem before. I wish they could be more helpful about this.

The residence itself isn't very inviting at first but has a lot of charm about it. The secure front gate does give you confidence, as well as the warm and welcoming staff who speak a multitude of languages. The rooms provide all you require and are modern and very clean. There is no parking, so best use taxis and trams. I highly recommend to anyone to use this hotel. As a mid 20's couple from England on a 4 night stay we loved it. Perfectly located residence for walking to almost all of Prague's site seeing locations. Thanks for having us!

The room we stayed in was big, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a free bottle of champagne and a free breakfast. Highly recommend!
