Real easy parking! The remote control of the gate is very convenient and easy to use. Also appreciated the pictures that helped us locate the entrance the first time. Last time I was there 3 years ago the place used to be a beer garden, we missed the beer but oh well, still a well deserved 5 stars :)

Tricky at first to find the entrance but great location, just be careful not to stop when the tram is letting people off. Also, it’s a tight right hand turn when coming down (from the river/bridge) so better to come from the opposite side to make a wide left hand turn. Good customer service! Be careful to notice that when they write 0/7 (or whatever numbers) for where you are to park, the first number is the floor level and the second number is the parking spot you should park in.

It really is a good idea to make a reservation online. I booked myself a parking space a week earlier on my way back from Šumava. The location of the car park on Vitezna Street is very close to Hradczany and the Charles Bridge. Next time I will also use your car parks!
